US Armor Forge Return & Refund Policy

US Armor Forge manufactures advanced ballistic protection systems and specialized defense products using aerospace-grade materials, proprietary manufacturing processes, and made-to-order production workflows.

Due to the mission-critical and regulated nature of our products, all purchases are subject to the following Return & Refund Policy.

By placing an order with US Armor Forge, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

1. ALL ARMOR SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the life-saving and safety-critical nature of ballistic protection products:

ALL SALES OF BODY ARMOR PRODUCTS ARE FINAL.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • ballistic plates,

  • armor systems,

  • helmets,

  • soft armor,

  • ballistic inserts,

  • tactical protective equipment,

  • limited-edition armor products,

  • and custom-manufactured defense items.

US Armor Forge does not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for armor products except where required by law.

2. BUILT-TO-ORDER / CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Many US Armor Forge products are:

  • manufactured to order,

  • custom configured,

  • limited production items,

  • or produced in scheduled manufacturing batches.

Production planning, material procurement, and manufacturing allocation may begin immediately upon order placement.

As a result:

  • orders may not be canceled once production preparation has commenced,

  • and refunds are not available for customer-initiated cancellations after purchase.

This policy exists because materials and production capacity are specifically allocated to each order.

3. LEAD TIMES & PRODUCTION WINDOWS

Current production lead times are disclosed on individual product pages.

Typical lead times include:

  • Armor Systems: 8–16 weeks

  • Limited Edition / Collaborative Products: 8–20 weeks

  • Custom Agency / Government Orders: Per contract

Lead times are estimates only and may vary based on:

  • material availability,

  • supplier schedules,

  • production queue volume,

  • testing requirements,

  • government demand,

  • compliance reviews,

  • or force majeure events.

Orders that remain within the published lead-time window are considered active and in good standing.

Manufacturing lead times do not constitute non-delivery or failure to perform.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • body armor products,

  • custom products,

  • serialized products,

  • special-order items,

  • limited-edition items,

  • used or worn products,

  • products showing signs of modification,

  • clearance items,

  • gift cards,

  • and regulated/export-controlled items.

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If a product arrives physically damaged or defective, customers must notify US Armor Forge within 5 business days of delivery.

Claims must include:

  • order number,

  • and any requested supporting documentation.

US Armor Forge reserves the right to:

  • inspect the product,

  • or deny claims determined to result from misuse, unauthorized modification, or external damage.

6. SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS

Damage caused during shipping must be reported promptly.

Customers may be required to:

  • retain original packaging,

  • cooperate with carrier investigations,

  • and provide photographic evidence.

Carrier-related damage claims may require additional processing time.

7. ORDER REFUSAL & FRAUD PREVENTION

US Armor Forge reserves the right to:

  • refuse service,

  • cancel suspicious transactions,

  • request identity verification,

  • delay shipment pending fraud review,

  • or deny fulfillment of transactions flagged as high risk.

Orders subject to active chargebacks or payment disputes may be suspended until resolution.

8. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers agree to contact US Armor Forge directly to attempt resolution before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

Initiating a chargeback while an order remains:

  • within disclosed lead times,

  • in active production,

  • or pending shipment

does not automatically constitute merchant non-performance.

US Armor Forge reserves all rights to contest improper chargebacks and submit supporting evidence including:

  • product descriptions,

  • disclosed lead times,

  • customer acknowledgements,

  • order records,

  • communications,

  • and manufacturing documentation.
