Shipping policy
At US Armor Forge, every armor system and advanced product is manufactured with mission-critical performance standards using specialized materials, aerospace-grade processes, and regulated production workflows. Due to the nature of our products, fulfillment timelines differ from standard commercial retail goods.
By placing an order with US Armor Forge, you acknowledge and agree to the following shipping and fulfillment terms.
1. MANUFACTURING & FULFILLMENT LEAD TIMES
Many US Armor Forge products are built-to-order, custom configured, or manufactured in limited production runs.
Current estimated lead times are:
- Armor Systems & Ballistic Products: 8–16 weeks
- Limited Edition / Collaborative Products: 8–20 weeks
- Custom or Agency Orders: Timeline provided separately via quotation or contract
- Accessories & In-Stock Merchandise: Typically 3–10 business days unless otherwise stated
Lead times begin upon:
- successful payment processing,
- order verification,
- and all required compliance checks being completed.
Lead times displayed on product pages are estimates and may vary based on:
- material availability,
- supplier schedules,
- government demand,
- testing cycles,
- production queue volume,
- or force majeure events.
US Armor Forge reserves the right to update estimated fulfillment timelines as operational requirements evolve.
2. BUILT-TO-ORDER / BESPOKE PRODUCTS
Many US Armor Forge products are manufactured specifically for the individual customer order.
This includes:
- ballistic armor systems,
- limited-edition collaborations,
- specialty coatings,
- custom sizing,
- and low-volume production items.
Production allocation and material procurement may begin immediately after purchase confirmation.
As a result, orders may not be canceled once production scheduling, material reservation, or manufacturing preparation has commenced.
3. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
US Armor Forge ships only within the United States unless otherwise authorized in writing and compliant with all applicable export regulations.
Certain products are subject to:
- ITAR restrictions,
- state-level body armor restrictions,
- federal ownership restrictions,
- and export control laws.
US Armor Forge reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates applicable laws or internal compliance policies.
4. SHIPPING CARRIERS
Orders may ship via:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
- Freight Carrier
- Specialized Secure Logistics Providers
Carrier selection is determined by:
- package size,
- product classification,
- destination,
- insurance requirements,
- and operational security considerations.
Signature confirmation may be required for high-value shipments.
5. TRACKING INFORMATION
Tracking information will be provided once the order has completed production and has entered the shipping phase.
Please note:
- Tracking generation does not always indicate immediate carrier movement.
- Certain high-value or restricted products may experience staged shipping procedures.
6. DELIVERY DELAYS
US Armor Forge is not liable for delays caused by:
- carrier disruptions,
- weather events,
- civil disturbances,
- supplier shortages,
- customs/export issues,
- force majeure events,
- or government actions.
Estimated delivery windows are non-guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.
7. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Customers must notify US Armor Forge within 5 business days of any shipment issue.
Claims involving:
- loss,
- damage,
- or theft
may require:
- carrier investigation,
- photographs,
- police reports,
- or affidavit documentation.
US Armor Forge reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution method on a case-by-case basis.
8. FINAL SALE PRODUCTS
Due to the life-saving and mission-critical nature of ballistic protection products:
ALL ARMOR SALES ARE FINAL.
US Armor Forge does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on:
- body armor,
- ballistic inserts,
- helmets,
- or custom-manufactured products
except where required by law.
9. FRAUD PREVENTION & ORDER VERIFICATION
US Armor Forge reserves the right to:
- verify customer identity,
- request additional documentation,
- delay shipment pending verification,
- or cancel/refund suspicious transactions.
Orders flagged for fraud prevention review or payment disputes may be suspended until verification is completed.
