These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the US Armor Forge website, products, services, and related transactions.

By accessing this website or purchasing products from US Armor Forge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this website or purchase products from US Armor Forge.

1. COMPANY INFORMATION

US Armor Forge manufactures advanced ballistic protection systems, aerospace-grade composite products, and specialized defense equipment.

2. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

By purchasing products from US Armor Forge, you certify that:

  • You are legally permitted to purchase, own, and possess the products ordered.

  • You are not prohibited under federal, state, or local law from possessing body armor or related equipment.

  • You are not purchasing products on behalf of prohibited persons.

  • You will not use products for unlawful purposes.

  • You will not export, transfer, or transport products outside the United States in violation of applicable law.

US Armor Forge reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

3. BODY ARMOR RESTRICTIONS

Body armor products are subject to federal and state restrictions.

Under U.S. Federal Law:

  • individuals convicted of violent felonies may not purchase or possess body armor.

Certain states impose additional restrictions.

Online sales to residents of jurisdictions restricting shipment of body armor may be refused or canceled.

Customers are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.

4. ITAR & EXPORT COMPLIANCE

Many US Armor Forge products are subject to:

  • ITAR regulations,

  • U.S. export laws,

  • and defense-related trade controls.

Products sold by US Armor Forge may not be exported, transferred, re-shipped, or transported outside the United States without proper authorization.

Violation of export laws may result in criminal and civil penalties.

5. PRODUCT INFORMATION & DISCLAIMERS

US Armor Forge makes reasonable efforts to accurately display product specifications, descriptions, images, weights, dimensions, and performance information.

However:

  • specifications may change without notice,

  • product photographs may vary,

  • and minor cosmetic differences may occur.

Ballistic testing data reflects laboratory conditions and does not guarantee survivability in any specific incident or environment.

No armor system can guarantee complete protection from injury or death.

6. LEAD TIMES & FULFILLMENT

Many US Armor Forge products are:

  • built-to-order,

  • limited production items,

  • or custom manufactured.

Current estimated lead times are displayed on applicable product pages.

Lead times are estimates only and may vary based on:

  • material availability,

  • supplier schedules,

  • government demand,

  • testing cycles,

  • production volume,

  • compliance review,

  • and force majeure events.

Orders that remain within published lead times are considered active and in good standing.

Manufacturing delays within disclosed timelines do not constitute breach of contract or failure to perform.

7. PAYMENT TERMS

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

US Armor Forge reserves the right to:

  • verify payment information,

  • request identity verification,

  • delay fulfillment pending fraud review,

  • or cancel suspicious transactions.

Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, fees, and compliance obligations.

8. FINAL SALE POLICY

Due to the life-saving and mission-critical nature of ballistic protection products:

ALL ARMOR SALES ARE FINAL.

US Armor Forge does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • armor systems,

  • helmets,

  • ballistic inserts,

  • custom products,

  • serialized products,

  • or special-order items

except where required by law.

9. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Except where expressly stated in writing, products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

US Armor Forge disclaims all implied warranties including:

  • merchantability,

  • fitness for a particular purpose,

  • and non-infringement.

Published warranty periods apply only to manufacturing defects under normal intended use.

Warranty coverage does not include:

  • misuse,

  • abuse,

  • unauthorized modification,

  • improper storage,

  • negligence,

  • or intentional damage.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, US Armor Forge shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages,

  • incidental damages,

  • consequential damages,

  • loss of profits,

  • business interruption,

  • personal injury,

  • or punitive damages

arising from:

  • use of products,

  • inability to use products,

  • shipping delays,

  • product misuse,

  • or website access.

In all cases, maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless US Armor Forge, its officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or legal expenses arising from:

  • misuse of products,

  • violation of applicable laws,

  • violation of these Terms,

  • or unauthorized export or transfer of products.

12. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers agree to contact US Armor Forge directly before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

Initiating a chargeback while an order remains:

  • within disclosed lead times,

  • in active production,

  • or pending shipment

does not automatically constitute merchant non-performance.

US Armor Forge reserves the right to:

  • contest improper disputes,

  • submit transaction evidence,

  • recover associated costs and fees,

  • and suspend future transactions.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website including:

  • trademarks,

  • product designs,

  • graphics,

  • text,

  • photographs,

  • logos,

  • videos,

  • and technical information

is the property of US Armor Forge and may not be reproduced without written consent.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Colorado.

15. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

US Armor Forge reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Updated Terms become effective immediately upon publication to the website.

Continued use of the website or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
